Brandon has been working in digital compliance for over 20 years. As a military intelligence officer, Brandon managed a secure internet system, SIPRNet, for a Special Forces unit. Adhering to the VERY STRICT compliance regulations of over six different federal oversight organizations.

Following his military career, Brandon followed a corporate track where he got introduced to corporate compliance and managed 14,000+ branch location web sites for a fortune 100 insurance company ensuring each met the specific rules and regulations for the state they were located in and well as complying with federal regulations especially when it came to marketing and customer data standards.

In 2016 Brandon took the leap and became a entrepreneur when he launched the first ID scanning & verification system to help with membership management for bars and nightclubs in the state of North Carolina. Having grown that to over 300 clients in a single state and more than 1.7 million members, he then took an Exit.

Now, Brandon Noel is using his careers worth of experience in the digital and customer identification space to help technologically transform Non-Banking Financial Institutions (as defined by the Federal Trade Commission) to stay in compliance with new federal regulations governing the protection of customer data.
